Online Booking
1. Booking Process
1.1 To make a booking the client must complete the Booking Form.
1.2 A deposit of 10% of the total cost of the tour must be paid.
1.3 The completed Booking Form must be emailed with deposit receipt.
1.4 A Confirmation Form will be emailed to confirm booking.
1.5 A Letter of Invitation and Licence copy will be emailed for visa process.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 If the company cancels the tour, refund will be given according to policy.
2.2 If client cancels more than 30 days before tour, 50% refund of deposit.
2.3 Within 30 days no refund of deposit.
3. Local Laws
Clients are required to follow local laws, customs and company policy.
4. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that all clients take out travel insurance.
5. Privacy Policy
Personal information will not be shared with third parties.
